Chrös McDougall is a sports writer, book editor and author based out of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul. As a sports writer, McDougall has covered an Olympic Games, international and English Premier League soccer, as well as Big 12 Conference football, men's basketball, gymnastics and softball. Starting in January 2009, McDougall has been employed by Red Line Editorial, Inc., a production house in the Twin Cities, where is works on a content contract for teamusa.org, the US Olympic Committee's website, and also serves as the lead editor on a variety of children's books.

McDougall grew up in the Twin Cities before moving south to attend the University of Missouri's School of Journalism. In the summer of 2009, McDougall married his wife Jill, and they now live near the University of Minnesota campus.

He has Scottish, Swedish, English, German and Czech origins, an affinity for British rock music, is an avid runner and drummer, and that's about it.
